2025 seasonal rate: $2,800 plus HST for May long weekend to September long weekend. Extended seasons available. Includes off-season storage.
Boat & trailer parking, extra vehicle etc. $150+HST/season/extra item.

Serviced sites: 30 amp + 20 amp plug, water hookups, sewer lines. Arriving units must be 10 years old or newer. Rate includes parking for one vehicle, and winter storage of your camper.
We are a small, quiet establishment, perfect for families and retirees who love the outdoors and animals. **NOT a party spot** Quiet time 10pm-7am. Securely fenced, and gates are locked 8pm-9am (guests have a key for QUIET after-hours arrivals and departures).
Lake of the Woods is only a mile away and boasts some of the best fishing anywhere. We can refer you to guides.
Only a 3-minute hike to quiet Rabbit Lake for paddling, fishing and swimming. 20-minute walk to Garrow Park public beach, playground, & pickleball courts. Hike or bike on woodsy trails right from your campsite.
Fire pits available, and free firewood in 2025.
Use of canoes, paddleboards, kayaks included. Library of books, games, puzzles and toys included.
Laundry facility extra.
One approved pet per seasonal site allowed: friendly, controlled, quiet and attended please. No pets in horse/farm areas, and no reactive, fearful or aggressive pets allowed, for safety and insurance reasons. Note that Ontario does not permit certain dog breeds.
Downtown Kenora is within walking distance for dining, shopping, entertainment and other urban services.
Our little farm and campground are tucked into the woods, and you won't believe you are still right in town.
Unplug and unwind! Wifi available for light surfing, not big uploads or downloads or streaming - Go outside and play!
There is a strong 4G signal for hot spotting, or you can get your own internet / TV service.
We are only a mile off the TransCanada Highway, between Hwy 17 and Hwy 17A bypass.
